Members of the cross country team are being led by the marching band through the halls during the “clap out.”

The Nazareth Varsity Girls Cross Country team is on their way to the IHSA state competition tomorrow at 11 am at Detweiller Park in Peoria.

This morning, the marching band led the team through the packed halls as students, faculty and staff cheered them on!

Those running at the start competition are Junior Colette Kinsella, Freshman Sarah Owen, Sophomore Hannah McCarthy, Sophomore Jane McNamara, Junior Natalie Ereio, Junior Molly McNamara and Junior Taylor Lester.

Alternates are Sophomore Sam Rozmus, Sophomore Neeve Olson, Sophomore Evelyn Siffermann, Freshman Mia Gage, and Senior Madeline Bent.
