Nazareth defeated Providence Catholic to earn a trip to the State Championship game for the third time in four years. The cold temperature did not slow down the team, nor the amazing Roadrunner fans! Congratulations to the players and coaches for this
amazing accomplishment.
IHSA Class 6A State Championship Game
Saturday, November 25
1:00 p.m.
Huskie Stadium, DeKalb
Tickets to the game are $10 and may be purchased in advance at Nazareth. Cash or check made payable to Nazareth Academy.
Tickets will be sold on Tuesday, November 25 in the Wheeler West Entrance from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Students may also purchase tickets during all lunches on Tuesday. $10 tickets will also be available for purchase at the stadium.
Thank you to the Fathers Club for sponsoring a FREE STUDENT FAN BUS. Students wishing to ride to the game via the Fan Bus must return a signed permission slip to the Dean’s Office NO LATER than 3 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21. (Students must purchase game ticket separately.) The Fan Bus will depart Nazareth at 11:30 a.m. Saturday.
For fans providing their own transportation, please note there is a $10 parking fee. Fans are welcome to gather at the Nazareth Spirit Tent on the west side of Huskie Stadium from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
